Protect all your personal documents
The safest way to protect any file is simply to encrypt it. Apimac Secret Folder offers another method, which is to make your files invisible.
To be honest though, this will not truly protect them, as anybody with a little bit of knowledge and the right kind of program will easily find invisible files. Still, you might want to use Apimac Secret Folder to maker some room in your Finder and hide some folders you don't want to see for the moment.
Apimac Secret Folder is easy to use. From the program's interface, simply add new files into the list and move the button on the right to the state you want it to be: 'visible' or 'invisible'.
Apimac Secret Folder lets you set a password to protect your file, but since you can't even choose among different levels of encryption we doubt that it will truly help protect your files.
Once again, one thing is for sure though, making your files invisible won't protect them. Taking this into account, you can still find some other use for Apima Secret Folder, like decluttering your folders or hiding files you don't want to see.
